Egg dye for Easter egg shells
Make Easter special with colourful, and food-safe real Easter eggs!
Our egg dyes include 6 colours, and you can also mix and make new gradients or additional colours. The capsules need to each be dissolved into 1 cup of hot water (150mL). Add 2-3 spoonfuls of white vinegar to each cup, and then stir gently, which helps the dyes stick better to the shell of the eggs.
Dip the egg shells only (blow out the content of the eggs first) in the cup, keep for a couple of minutes, and take out. Dry the dyed egg shells on paper trays, and wipe them with a cloth with some oil to give them a Hollywood-like shine.
One package contains a total of 6 capsules, for 6 colours, and is sufficient to colour 60 Easter egg shells.
NOTE: the dyes are not for consumption.
