Farm to Plate and Farm to Table in action

Done and dusted! All the eggs packed and the truck is leaving the farm in a cloud of dust.
Very early on, we decided we were going to get our own truck and close the loop fully, from farm to table.
The eggs get to the stores within hours, and being able to make the quality promise is fully within our control.
